Grade 12 Students from Hague High School

Hon. Terry Jenson: — Thank you, Mr. Speaker. To you and through you this afternoon, it’s a great privilege to welcome 26 grade 12 students from the great community of Hague, from Hague High School, with us. Just give us a quick wave up in the west gallery. They’re joined today by their teacher, Becky Loroff, as well as somebody who’s become a pretty good friend of mine over the years, Vice-Principal Russell Dyck.

And you know, going up and down Highway 11, Mr. Speaker — I’m sure we’ve all done it — you absolutely do have to stop in in Hague. Daily Delights is a terrific little coffee shop. It’s part of our day program within disability programs operated in Hague. Make sure you stop in and do that.

And I just want to say thank you to the students for making the trip down today. I look forward to, you know, answering some questions downstairs once we’re done proceedings, after question period, and getting a photo done. And I will be bringing some treats to the school just before Christmas, and we’ll continue our dialogue there.

So once again, to you and through you, Mr. Speaker, welcome to 26 grade 12 students from Hague High School.
